"All refunds could take up to 48 hours for us to process, and may take up to an additional week for you to be credited back depending on your payment method and bank. All deposits are refundable if you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment. Deposits from appointments canceled within 24 hrs will only be refunded at our discretion."
